My passion for sports during school encountered a challenge as the demands of work life became apparent, making it difficult to maintain the same active routine. An unexpected encounter with a book of yoga opened my eyes to what the body was capable of, and as I delved deeper, I discovered its profound impact on the mind. The calming effects, nervous system relaxation, and enduring sense of accomplishment fuelled my love for yoga. What began as a personal journey evolved into the desire to build a community—a safe space where everyone could benefit from yoga's teachings. Eager to share this transformative practice, I completed a 200-hour Rocket online training, ventured to India for a 200-hour Ashtanga yoga course, and am currently pursuing a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga training to expand my knowledge further.
