Life moves fast, and our bodies often hold more than we realize - emotions, experiences, and stories waiting to be processed and understood.
Integrate & Regulate is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and come back home to yourself through breath, movement, and awareness.
In this workshop, we’ll move intentionally - weaving yoga, somatic exploration, and mindful rest to support the natural rhythms of your nervous system. Through presence and curiosity, we’ll explore what it means to integrate
Together we’ll:
Breathe
Move
Flow
Rest
Meditate
Come as you are 💫
When: Friday 27th February, 10 am - 3 pm
Cost: £85, including a light lunch of seasonal vegetarian soup & bread (please advise if you require a vegan or gluten-free meal on booking).
