Daisy Jennings

Yoga Teacher

Movement has always been a part of my life, but it was through slowing down that I truly began to understand who I am.

From cheerleading and competitive dance to yoga and embodied movement, my path has been shaped by a deep curiosity, not just about how we move our bodies, but how we feel in them.

Now, I teach from that place: where presence matters more than performance.

My classes are rooted in nervous system support, embodied rest, and cyclical wisdom, guided by the natural rhythms of the body and the earth. Each practice is an invitation to return to the safety within yourself, your breath, your mind and your body.

When I'm not teaching, you'll find me reading, dancing around the house, walking in nature, or creating meaningful memories with the people I love.
