I found yoga during a time when I was looking for direction, and found so much more. Through the practice, I’ve discovered a sense of calm, connection, and strength—both mentally and physically—that continues to support me.
To me, yoga is about reconnecting with our bodies and breath, and creating space to better understand ourselves. My classes are welcoming and inclusive, with room to show up exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to push beyond how you feel on the day—just a space to move, breathe, and feel free.
I began teaching because I’m passionate about helping others find what I found—a sense of direction and support when things feel uncertain. We don’t have to have it all figured out, but yoga is a good place to begin.
