Join Caroline & Vesela for three hours of movement, exploration and learning.
Rather than seeing hormones as something to fix, we’ll explore them as messengers: offering insight into what your body truly needs. Together, we’ll learn how to listen more closely to symptoms as a form of communication, working with the body instead of against it.
Blending nourishing movement, embodied wisdom, and holistic nutrition, this workshop creates space for you to come back into alignment physically, hormonally, and emotionally.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with a gentle yet grounding yoga flow led by Caroline, designed to support detoxification, calm the nervous system, and bring you back into your body. Through mindful movement and breath, you’ll be guided into a state of balance and presence.
Following the yoga practice, Vesela (Holistic Nutritionist) will lead an interactive workshop and talk exploring:
How hormones function as messengers within the body
Common symptoms and what they may be trying to tell us
A more compassionate, holistic way of relating to hormonal health
Simple, nourishing ways to support hormone balance through food and lifestyle
You’ll also enjoy a hormone-balancing smoothie, thoughtfully created to nourish your body from the inside out, with the recipe to take home and recreate.

Caroline Mays
Senior Yoga Teacher
Caroline’s yoga practice has long been her sanctuary, supporting calm, balance, and resilience in everyday life. She completed her Hatha and Vinyasa training in 2014 and has since gained further qualifications in Yin yoga, meditation, and pre- and postnatal yoga.
With nearly 10 years of teaching experience in some of London’s leading yoga and fitness studios, Caroline now teaches in the beautiful surroundings of Tunbridge Wells. Her classes are intentionally designed to create a safe, nurturing space where you can truly rest and restore. She works closely with the energetic body, incorporating chakra-focused practices and accessible postures to support balance and flow on all levels.

Holistic Nutritionist | Yoga Teacher | Founder of Plateful Nutrition
Vesela is the holistic nutritionist behind www.platefulnutrition.co, an alignment-based yoga teacher, and a guide for women ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Her work bridges science and spirit, helping women understand their bodies on both a cellular and emotional level. Trained with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Vesela has spent years deepening her expertise in gut health, hormones, and embodied practices. At the heart of her work is a deep passion for helping women come home to their bodies with curiosity, compassion, and trust.
