Journey to the lotus of the heart
Join Greta on a 2.5-hr journey of self-love. A window of blissful opportunity to connect with ourselves through self-care, kindness and non-judgement.
Using techniques available to us in the yoga toolbox: postural practice, breathwork and meditative explorations, we will dive deeply into the lotus of the heart to uncover joy and compassion.
We will bring shadow into light and feel the liberation that comes from meeting ourselves with heartfelt enquiry. Defiantly, we will slip out of the shackles of self-criticism and find a way to attune to our sweetest vibration with a generosity of loving spirit.
By stepping into the light of our own acceptance, we will leave with the knowledge that we are everything and more than we could ever have imagined.

Greta Sani
Greta has been practising yoga since 2005 and continues to develop her practice with verve. Yoga has guided her through sometimes choppy waters, including major surgery, but ultimately, it makes her feel strong, flexible and centred in mind/body; this she passionately transmits in her teaching. Greta’s classes authentically weave the ancient yogic tradition into a relevant modern practice re-connecting innate body/breath wisdom.
She has become a much-loved and respected teacher locally at Flow and accross London since she qualified from Triyoga (390hrs) in 2017.
