Winter invites us inward - into quietness, reflection, and rest.
Wintering is a tender, grounding workshop designed to honour this slower season of life through gentle movement, breath, and deep restoration.
Together, we’ll soften into presence, tending to the body and heart with warmth and care. Through slow, mindful practices, we’ll explore the art of pausing—listening to what needs to be released and what’s quietly waiting to renew.
This is a time to replenish your energy, nurture your nervous system, and reconnect to your inner quiet.
This workshop will include:
· Breath awareness
· Somatic Movement Patterns
· Yoga asana and vinyasa
· Reflection and Contemplation
· Yin and Restorative
Come as you are and let yourself rest into the rhythm of winter ❤️
When: Friday 20th November, 10 am - 3 pm
Cost: £85, including a light lunch of seasonal vegetarian soup & bread (please advise if you require a vegan or gluten-free meal on booking).
