Have you ever left class wishing you’d had just a little more time to explore? An hour can really fly by.
Join Alice for two hours of spacious movement, breath & meditation
As teachers, we try our hardest to give you as much as we can in that time, but sometimes what your practice really needs is time and space. Time to let things land and space to explore and play.
Extended Practice is your chance to do exactly that.
Join Alice every last Sunday of the month for a 2 hour yoga class you can really sink your teeth into.
Expect long, nourishing warm-ups, juicy dynamic flows, breath work, meditation, free movement, and plenty of time to linger in postures and explore new shapes and techniques. We’ll finish with a slow, indulgent cool-down and deep relaxation allowing time for the experience to fully land in your body and integrate.
Open to all levels, this class strives to meet the abilities in the room and is for anyone curious to learn, play, and grow in their practice.
When: Sunday 30th November 9 am - 11 am
Cost: £35
Alice Bowen
Having danced all my life and then trained as a professional contemporary dancer, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of physical movement.
However, while my dance background will always inform my practice, it was yoga that encouraged a shift of my focus inward and transformed my relationship with my body. In a world that demands perfection, yoga taught me that true perfection lies in embracing imperfection.
By emphasising the importance of listening to one's body and prioritising inner well-being, I strive to guide my students on a similar journey. Through playful sequences and embodied flow, my aim is to reignite the joy of movement and help my students rediscover the simple pleasure of being in their bodies.
Come and join me for class, and let’s tune in together.
