Join Liz Lark for this exploration into her signature ‘Rainbow Bridge’ series with a special focus on Air and the Songbird for November.
The Rainbow Bridge weaves together Liz’s joyful yoga mapping of the five elements, through energy, mind, embodiment, aspiration (Kosha), winds (Prana), elements, senses, all contained within the rainbow 🌈 rays of colour and sound vibration.
This Day’s focus on Air & the Songbird finds sequencing playfully exploring winged postures and embodying mudra (whole body gesture).
Sound soothing will guide us through the eight limbs towards yoga Nidra (healing relaxation) to create a buoyant nervous system, cultivating resilience.
The rainbow bridge manual is for sale (£12) and accompanies the sessions.
When: Saturday 8th November, 1 - 3 pm
Cost: £35
