Join Liz Lark for this exploration into her signature ‘Rainbow Bridge’ series with a special focus on Fire & Felt Shifts for April.
The Rainbow Bridge weaves together Liz’s joyful yoga mapping of the five elements, through energy, mind, embodiment, aspiration (Kosha), winds (Prana), elements, senses, all contained within the rainbow 🌈 rays of colour and sound vibration.
The energy of Kali Yuga, the age of transformation & destruction, is in the throes of our civilisation, where possibilities for well-being through connection and community are emerging. A time of awakening, phoenix rising from the ashes, we explore the elements of Fire and Water as alchemy - analogous with clay in the potters’ oven.
Energising, activating practices will sequence to cultivate ' felt shifts' in micro and macro vinyasa kramas ( wise progressions).
Deep yoga Nidra will soothe and set the practice to cool and consolidate our flow practice
The rainbow bridge manual is for sale (£12) and accompanies the sessions.
When: Saturday 18th April, 1 - 3 pm
Cost: £35
